1. Promotional Offer Overview
1.1. Customers who place an order for new UPVC windows totaling £4,250 or more (inc. VAT) during March 2025 are eligible to receive a free composite door (limited to selected designs) OR a £500 discount off their total order value.
1.2. This offer applies only to qualifying purchases made within the promotional period (1st March – 31st March 2025).
1.3. The free composite door applies to specific door designs up to the value of £500 (excluding VAT).
1.4. Customers may choose to upgrade to a higher-value door, in which case the difference in price must be paid by the customer.

 

2. Eligibility Criteria
2.1. The offer is available only to residential homeowners aged 18+ residing in England & Wales.
2.2. To qualify, the total value of the window order must be at least £4,250 including VAT after any other discounts or promotions have been applied.
2.3. The promotion applies to full window replacement projects only and does not include repairs, part replacements, or supply-only purchases.
2.4. The offer is not available to landlords, property developers, or commercial properties.

 

3. Door & Discount Conditions
3.1. The free composite door is subject to availability and is limited to specific designs, colours, and styles chosen by Weather Shield Northwest.
3.2. If a customer chooses to upgrade to a different style or specification, the additional cost will be added to the final invoice.
3.3. Customers who do not wish to receive the free composite door may instead receive a £500 discount off their total order value.
3.4. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or finance offers.

 

4. Installation & Fulfilment
4.1. All eligible orders must be placed and confirmed within the promotional period (1st March – 31st March 2025).
4.2. Installations must be scheduled and completed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to availability.
4.3. Any delays in installation due to customer unavailability may result in the offer being withdrawn.
4.4. If unforeseen supply chain issues affect availability, Weather Shield Northwest reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.

 

5. General Terms
5.1. Weather Shield Northwest reserves the right to modify, extend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
5.2. In the event of a dispute regarding eligibility or interpretation of these terms, the decision of Weather Shield Northwest shall be final and binding.
5.3. This offer is provided in accordance with consumer protection laws in England & Wales, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
